Jimmie Gale Woods, age 81 of Portland, was born on September 27, 1943 and entered into eternal rest on June 23, 2025 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Howard Cron and Aileene Helmenteller Cron; and her brother, Jerry Cron.
She leaves behind one son, Jeff Woods, one daughter, Jo Ellen Shanklin (Jeff); granddaughter, Andreea Woods; grandson, Steven Shanklin (Sarah) and great-granddaughter Amelia Caroline Shanklin, two sisters, Pam Allen and Cindy Marfield.
Jimmie retired from GE/Bosch after 30 years of service and attended church faithfully as long as her body allowed.
The family will have a private graveside service at a later date.
