Graveside services for JoEvelyn (Dolly) Miller 90, of Robeline will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at Fort Jessup cemetery. Jo Evelyn was born on September 5, 1934 in Robeline, LA, to Joab and Elizabeth Cordova Cotton. She passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 3,2025 at her home in Robeline.
JoEvelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Joab and Elizabeth Cotton; husband Leroy Miller; siblings, twins, Gene and Jane Cotton, Arthur Cotton, Bessie Hayes, Joab Cotton, Jr., James Cotton, Theodore Cotton, Elizabeth Leach, Brandon Cotton, Pete Cotton, Jack Cotton, Curtis Cotton, Boe Cotton, and two daughter-in-law’s Ginger Miller and Pam Miller.
She is survived her sons Gary Miller(Teresa) of Robeline, Michael Miller of Robeline, and Patrick Miller(Liz) of Natchitoches; daughters Vickie Miller of Robeline, Peggy Johnson of Shreveport, Lisa Broadway(Gary) of Robeline, and Heather Barker(Donnie) of Shreveport; brother Ray Cotton of Starks; grandchildren Jeremy Miller(Amanda), Melissa Thompson(Brandon), Jessica Miller, Jonathan Miller(Morgan), Adam Miller, Emily Miller, Misty Poole(John), JoBeth Busher(Jon), Zachary White, Jordan White, Nicholas Johnson, Shelley Broadway(Matt), Natalie Barker, Jackson Barker, and Henry Barker; 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren..
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are all of JoEvelyn’s grandchildren who she loved dearly.
