Troy Strezeski Obituary

Troy Alan Strezeski, 63, of Butler, passed away with devoted wife, Patty, cherished son, Sage, loving parents, Alan and Judy, siblings, Paris and Christine, and other family members by his side on Monday, May 12, 2025, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital.
Born Feb. 26, 1962, in Natrona Heights, Troy was the son of F. Alan Strezeski, 83, and Judith L. Strezeski, 81, who comforted their son in both his first and final moments.
Also surviving are wife, Patty Taylor Strezeski; son, Sage (Abby) Strezeski; and newborn grandson, Rory; stepchildren, Shannon and Sean Currie; brother, Paris (Judy) Strezeski; sister, Christine Sepich; niece, Melcia Mikula; and nephews, R.J. Sepich and Alex Strezeski.
Troy and his father purchased a car dealership in Slippery Rock in 1993. Troy-Alan has been a proud and successful Butler County business since, expanding to Kittanning with a second store in Armstrong County in 1997. The father-son family business received several Dealer of the Year recognitions from General Motors (GM) over the past three decades.
Living each day with enthusiasm and warmth, Troy was active in the Slippery Rock and Butler communities. He supported the Slippery Rock University and Pitt college football teams, as well as donating time and money to local high school and youth sports. He also watched the Steelers and Pirates and would regularly attend games with family and friends.
Troy loved bowling and completed several perfect 300 games at Butler area lanes, including his first perfect game at age 19. He competed at United States Bowling Congress events for most of his adult life and won a Pennsylvania State Open Championship. He also enjoyed golfing and was a proud member of Butler Country Club.
Troy traveled often with his family and spent weekends on the river with Patty, their children, family members and many, many friends. He loved movies, ice cream, the holiday season and impersonating Elvis Presley. He had his mother's quick wit and sense of humor and his father's leadership and memory. He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter.

The Strezeski Family,
They say we are to leave a mark in this life we are so blessed to have. No doubt Troy had many check marks in that block.
All I know is he left many many memories to see us all through life without him.

No doubt Troy checked off

Very sad and sorry to hear this. Although Mike has known Troy since high school and Ellen, Mike's mom, has been friends with Judy for years, I just had the pleasure of meeting Troy and Patty through Gene Seezox.
