Saturday, July 12, Jose Justiniano Sr. passed away peacefully, predeceased by his loving wife, Reina, and sisters, Luisa Santiago and Mirna Justiniano. 

He is survived by his sisters, Felicita, Ramonita, Iris, and Blanca; his children, Miriam (David) Santos, Jose Jr. (Elizabeth) Justiniano, Carmen Carter, David (Sueli) Justiniano, Andy (Fabianne) Justiniano, and Dani Rose (Elba) Justiniano; twenty-three grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. He is also remembered by his special nephew, Miguel (Darlene) Castro, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

 Jose had a passion for fishing and enjoyed watching baseball and boxing. His great sense of humor always brought laughter to those around him. He was a devoted family man who loved his wife and children dearly. He frequently visited family members, maintaining close ties with loved ones. Jose was cherished by everyone who knew him and will be deeply missed. He is now in heaven with his sweetheart, waiting for him at the pearly gates.

The family will receive friends from 9-11am Friday morning, July 18, 2025 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave.

A funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home beginning at 11am following visitation. Interment is private.
