Jose was born on October 29, 1932 in Camargo, Chihuahua, Mexico to Sotero Soto and Anagustina Sagarnaga.
Visitation will be on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 2-3pm with the holy rosary beginning at 3pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapel. He will then be transported to Palomas, Chihuahua, Mexico where he will be laid to ret.
