Born on October 14, 1946, in Akron, Ohio, Joe was the beloved son of the late Joseph Alexander Bachmann II and Margorie (McGunagle).
Joe is survived by his brothers, Thomas and Michael, his children: Kimberly (Miller), Tiffney (Evans), Brian, Jake, Fay, and Kevin. His grandchildren Kaylee, James Thomas, Kyle, Alexander, Denver, Abigail, Elinor, Mia, and Myles.
Joe's greatest joys came from time spent with family. Whether it was a picnic, a vacation, a tournament, or a golf trip, he brought warmth and laughter wherever he went. His passion for life found its home on the baseball diamond, where he spent countless hours coaching and mentoring.. Where he earned the nicknames "Diamond Joe" by his children's friends, and "Coach Dad" from his softball teams. Joe shaped the lives of so many-not just as a coach, but as a father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be remembered for his generous spirit, his unwavering encouragement, and the legacy of kindness he leaves behind.
His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him and in the lives of the many he inspired.
