Gary Buxton passed peacefully on May 10th, 2025, following a short battle with an acute illness. He was born March 24, 1931, in Baltimore, MD to Veryl Lee Buxton and Teresa Buxton, and had three Brothers and a sister.
Gary was a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving overseas during the Korean War. Gary’s career in the insurance business spanned 40 years where he worked for both Liberty Mutual and Met Life. Gary and his Wife, Mary retired to Colorado in 1998 where they enjoyed spending time with their Grandchildren and making new friends.
Gary was proceeded in death by his Wife of 50 years, Mary Buxton in 2008. Gary is survived by his son Gary, Daughter in Law, Kimbery, Grandson, Jarrad, Granddaughter, Taylor and Great-Granddaughters, Dallas, Cooper and Kaycee.
Gary Buxton was a great man and will be missed by all who knew him.
