Raleigh, NC: Mr. Joshua Keith Creel, age 37, of Jackson King Road passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at his residence. Memorial Services will be held-6:00 PM Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel in Benson.
Josh was born on November 2, 1987 in Henry County, Georgia to Donna Creel Smith. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, L. Paschal King, Jr. Josh was a kind hearted person who would help anyone in need. He loved the outdoors and hunting and riding his motorcycle were some of his favorite things to do. He is described by his family as a gentle giant and a teddy bear. He was his mother’s “rock”, he loved his Nanny, his Pop, and his Aunt Kim but the most important people in his life were his children. Josh will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his children, Simon Paschal Creel, Nina Michelle Creel, and Ruby Joan Creel; mother, Donna Creel Smith; brother, Ricky Marvin Creel and wife, Abbie; grandmother, Annie Wagers King; aunt, Kimberly Creel Collier; and cousins, Charles Damian Creel, Nathan Adam Creel, and Kebrina Hope Creel.
His mother will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.
