Judith Alexander Obituary

Judith "Judy" Chiasson Alexander passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the age 83, at her home in Denham Springs. She was a native of Port Allen and resident of Denham Springs. Judy was a homemaker.
Visitation will be at Holy Family Catholic Church, 474 N Jefferson Avenue, Port Allen, on Friday, June 13th, 8:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., celebrated by Rev. Jerry Martin. Cremation will follow and burial of her ashes will be at a later date in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery in Brusly.
Judy is survived by her children, Lynn Alexander and wife Denise, Polly Nations, Christie Roberts and husband Ricky; nine grandchildren, Jacob and Emily Alexander, Corey Evans and wife Taylor, Mandi Tyler, Brittany Williams, Halie Alexander, Thomas Alexander and wife Christy, Courtland Roberts, Dina Garnand and husband George; nine great-grandchildren, Noelle Evans, Kelsie Hatcher and husband Brady, Kaylynn Tyler, Karlee Tyler, Mackenzie Williams, Elias Alexander, Eliza and Lily Garnand, Zoey Jones; sister, Barbara Jean Munson.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Joseph Alexander Jr.; parents, Ambrose and Mae Thibodeaux Chiasson; 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
Judy enjoyed bowling and playing Canasta and Pokeno with friends. She was also an avid LSU fan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
