April 20th, 2025 at the age of 79Judith Goodwin, 79, of Malvern, IA passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at the Tarkio Home Cemetery in Tarkio, MO.

OBITUARY
Judith Anne Goodwin, 79 of Malvern, IA, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025.
Judy was born on March 14, 1946 in Clarinda, IA, the oldest of five children of Arthur Jesse and Jeanne Kathleen (Hill) Goodwin. She lived at home until age 8, when she became a Glenwood Resource Center resident. When the facility closed, Judy moved to the Nishna Productions Group Home in Malvern.
Judy enjoyed home visits, going to the circus, taking bus rides, playing catch, and throwing pillows. She loved watching Disney on Ice and had quite a collection of stuffed animals. Judy participated in Special Olympics and accumulated many ribbons and medals. She enjoyed teasing the staff members who took care of her.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Art and Jeanne Goodwin; sister Sandra Vance and husband Richard; and brothers-in-law, Tom Mandina and Rodney Courtier.
Judy is survived by her sisters, Janet "Sue" Courtier of Hastings, IA, and Karen Mandina of Malvern; brother Dale Goodwin of Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews; other relatives, special family friends; and the staff members who knew her and loved her.
