Judith Rogers Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Mar. 7, 2025.
Judy was born July 26, 1944, in Summit New Jersey, to the late Herbert William Sked and Mary Farrell Sked.

Judy grew up on the Jersey shore and loved the beach. She graduated from Roanoke College in 1964 and started her career as a Stewardess for American Airlines. She went on to lead a successful career, owning multiple businesses and finishing by leading the team at Spencer Real Estate in Big Bear Lake, California. Judy was a world traveler, an adventure seeker, and lived to give to others. Her philanthropy is demonstrated through over 39 years of dedicated service to Soroptimist International of the Americas, where she held various leadership roles, including Governor of the Golden West Region. She loved spending time and making memories with her friends and family. Judy was an amazing woman who positively touched many lives. She will be missed by many, but the memories will live forever.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marjorie Zaremba, and brother-in-law, John Zaremba Jr.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Robert Rogers; Son, Richard Kaiser; grandsons, Aidan Kaiser and Kade Kaiser; granddaughter Sydney Kaiser; nieces, Laura Zaremba Trowbridge, Elizabeth Zaremba, and Pamela Zaremba.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memory of Judith Rogers be made to the Golden West Region Soroptimist GWR General Fund at goldenwestregion.org
