Julie Diane Einerson, age 53, of Waukesha, passed away surrounded by those who loved her deeply. Born in Janesville, Wisconsin, she was the beloved daughter of Sandra Larson Einerson and Douglas Einerson. Julie was a proud graduate of North High School and a devoted sister to Steven Einerson of New York and Nicole (Einerson) Kluck of Minnesota. She is also lovingly remembered by her aunt, Dianne (Larson) Anderson.
Julie's life was not easy, but those who truly knew her understood what a miraculous soul she was. While living with quadriplegia and having only minimal use of her left hand, Julie would often say she felt lucky-because she could still talk and think. Her brilliant mind, quick wit, and astonishing memory left an impression on everyone she met. At a doctor's appointment years ago, her physician remarked, "Julie, you're just a walking encyclopedia," to which her mother replied, "You've got the encyclopedia part right." Julie nearly fell out of her wheelchair laughing-just one of many moments that captured her sharp sense of humor and joy for life.
Julie's patience, determination, and boundless kindness made her a light in the lives of others. She adored her brother and sister and remained closely connected with them and their families, despite the miles that separated them.
As her mother shared: "Our daughter, Julie, is now on a new and hopefully better adventure than she had while on this earth. Amidst her physical struggles, she was so patient, kind, and loving toward everyone. This is where one usually says, 'rest in peace'-to which I must say, 'Dance, Julie, dance!'"
In memory of our beloved Julie, we ask that you carry forward the best parts of her: her kindness, her humor, her patience, and her love for others. Let her legacy inspire you to see beauty in small blessings, to laugh even in difficulty, and to love generously.

Yesterday

I was just reminiscing about Julie with a coworker. She used to come into Eras and create beautiful birthday cards for our senior clients. Julie would sit in my office, and together we´d listen to Tracy Chapman. Today, I´ll be playing "Fast Car" at full volume in Julie´s honor, sending the music out like a prayer for her spirit.

We loved her every time she came to activities. She enjoyed bingo, crafts, coloring, exercising, especially, Sit and Be Sore. She laughed and enjoyed life. We enjoyed her dresses, and she outdid all of us with what she wore.

I miss Julie when she went to Angels Grace. It was hard for me to back her there, but I still had her back in prayer. Condolences to her parents and everyone at Crossroads who loved her.

Julie,
You were a delight and joy to be around. We laughed, we gossiped and we cried. You have grown roots in my heart and I will never forget you.
