Kaleb had a deep passion for fishing, relishing the experiences he shared with his Atlanta Angler teammates and boat captain, Stevie, on the lake. Beyond fishing, he took pleasure in feeding deer and checking game cameras as he prepared for his next hunting expedition. His closest companion was Rufus, his loyal dog. A fan of fast food, Kaleb had a particular fondness for Whataburger's BBQ wings and Sonic's mozzarella sticks. His cash app statement shows his support for Door Dashers.
Kaleb was a courteous young man with a generous spirit. He cherished the time spent working alongside his uncle Trevor on the rig and enjoyed learning car mechanics from his uncle Ricky. With a radiant smile and infectious laughter, Kaleb captivated those around him. While his tales might not always be entirely accurate, his enthusiasm for storytelling was undeniable, making every narrative he shared engaging and memorable.
During his freshman year at Redwater High School, Kaleb became a member of the SportsMed program. He found great joy in learning how to properly wrap injuries and provide care, often attending sports events to lend a helping hand. This experience sparked his interest in pursuing a career as an EMT in the future. For a brief period, he even entertained the idea of becoming a game warden, but that ambition faded once he grasped the extensive training and education required for the position. By the time he was nearing the end of his sophomore year at Atlanta High School Kaleb had set his sights on following in the footsteps of his family members, aiming for a career in the oilfield like his Papaw Johnny, Papa Gary, and Uncle Trevor. Inherently nurturing, Kaleb embraced his role as the older brother, Bubby, with dedication. He consistently looked out for his younger sisters and assisted his parents in caring for them. One notable instance of his caring nature occurred when he rescued a tiny baby animal, uncertain whether it was a mouse or a squirrel. He did everything in his power to give the little creature a fighting chance at survival, showcasing his compassionate spirit.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at Queen City Funeral Home, from 1:00pm-2:00pm. A funeral service in Kaleb's honor will follow beginning at 2:00pm. Interment will be at Concord Cemetery in Fouke AR.
