Katharina Loeppky Obituary

Funeral services for Katharina Loeppky, age 64 of Seminole, Texas, will be held Monday, June 30, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Reinlander Mennonite Church with Bishop John Loewen officiating. Burial will follow at Reinlander Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Mrs. Loeppky was born in Mexico on July 7, 1960 to Anna (Knelsen) and Ben Loewen. She married Johan Loeppky in Seminole on November 3, 1985. She was a member of Reinlander Mennonite Church and a homemaker.

Katharina passed away Friday, June 27, 2025 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, one sister, one granddaughter, and one daughter-in-law. She is survived by her husband, Johan Loeppky of Seminole; three sons, John Loeppky and wife Helena of Dalhart, Texas, Jake Loeppky, and David Loeppky and wife Lisa, both of Seminole; two daughters, Mary Klapky and husband Henry, and Annie Neufeld and husband Johnny, both of Seminole; one brother, Jacob Loewen and wife Sara of Seminole; five sisters, Maria Unrau of Mexico, Helen Loewen, Elizabeth Reimer and husband Peter, Nancy Loewen, and Susana Haide and husband Henry, all of Seminole; and 13 grandchildren.
