Memorial services for Mrs. Kelly Dale Frazier will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2024, in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Nickey McMinn officiating. Visitation will be held prior from 1 p.m. until service time.
Mrs. Frazier, 55, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Kelly was born in Poplar Bluff, MO to Larry and Janice (Williams) Milligan. She was retired from Patterson Group Homes where she assisted others with independent living, a job she throughly enjoyed.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ralph Paul Frazier; parents, Larry and Janice Milligan; sons, Logan Cammarata and wife Gracie, Will Frazier and wife Ashley; daughter, Ashley Williams and husband Matthew; brother, Doyle Milligan and wife Debbie; sisters, Judi Utter and husband Roger, Monica Nelson and husband Rusty; 5 grandchildren, Holdynn Frazier, Ryan Frazier, Gracie Williams, Matt Williams, Holly Williams.
