Kenneth Bruns Obituary

In addition to his beloved wife of fifty-six years, Kenneth is survived by his children, Christopher Bruns and wife, Sandy of Winter Haven, Florida, Anthony Bruns, Ryan Bruns and significant other, Robin Roth of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Annah Waggoner and husband, Alan of Effingham, Illinois, and Kamille Bruns and Stephen Damron; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; brothers, Clyde Wesley Bruns and Russell Bruns, Jr.; sisters, Kathie Hoffman, Pam Hiatt and husband, John, Juanita Clements, Teresa Pfister; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his son, Jeremiah Bruns and wife, Angela Sue Bruns and one great-granddaughter, Jamay Lynn Bruns.
Mr. Bruns proudly served his country in the United States Army 82nd Airborne in Vietnam. Kenneth worked many construction jobs.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
