Kenneth Edwards Obituary

Kenneth Williams Edwards passed away peacefully at home in Ceres, California, on July 7, 2025, at the age of 79.
Born on July 25, 1945, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Kenneth later moved to California, where he attended Keyes Elementary and graduated from Turlock High School. On December 13, 1963, he married his beloved wife, Paulette Yuvonne Edwards, in Keyes, California. Together they shared 61 years of marriage.
Kenneth spent much of his life in Turlock and Ceres, California. He worked as a commercial truck driver for Brown & Vilas and Suburban Propane for over four decades before retiring in 2012.
In his free time, Kenneth enjoyed fishing, woodworking, solving puzzles, watching old westerns, listening to country music, and riding his bike. Above all else, he cherished time spent with family and friends. He will forever be remembered for his genuine care and concern for others, which remained constant even in his final days.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Lucille Edwards; brothers, Donnie Edwards and Leon Edwards; sisters Joan Beets and Yvonne Hutson; and his son Robin Edwards.
Kenneth is survived by his devoted wife Paulette; brother, Gary (Drucilla) Edwards; son, Kevin (Andrea) Edwards; daughter-in-law, Jolynn Edwards; grandchildren, Jordan (Erin) Edwards, Nicolette (Frankie) Coelho, Mikaela Edwards, Landon Edwards, and Paris Edwards; and seven cherished great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock, CA 95380. A celebration of life will follow at the Sacred Heart School cafeteria located at 1200 Lyons Ave., Turlock, CA 95380. The entrance to the cafeteria is in the Sacred Heart Church rear parking lot.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Kenny's name to the Alexander Cohen Hospice House, 2201 Euclid Ave., Hughson, CA 95326.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff from the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson, CA. Their staff went above and beyond to provide excellent care for Kenny, as well as unwavering emotional support during this time.
