He was born on November 2, 1988 to Nathan and Deborah (Holt) Norman. He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers and going fishing. He loved being with his family.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Jessie Rains and Nathan Norman.
He is survived by his mother Deborah Doty; brother Charles Rains; and sereval nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Monday July 21, 2025 in the Union Funeral Home at 11:00am with Dr. Brett Beasley officiating. Interment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00am to 11:00am prior to the service.
