Kevin Bills Obituary
Kevin and his twin brother were born in Arlington Heights, Ill., to Sherryl G. Bills and Gary L. Bills on November 22, 1976. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1995 and attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln before moving for a time to Denver, Colorado. After his return to Council Bluffs, he began working for the family business, Red Giant Oil Company, and was employed there at the time of his death.
Kevin married Jennifer L. Patterson in April of 2010, and recently had the joy of welcoming his first child into the world on September 3, 2012. Kevin has a tremendous love for his family and will be greatly missed. Kevin was of the Presbyterian faith and had been a member of the former Grace Presbyterian Church in Council Bluffs.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Gary L. Bills; and his grandparents, Fred J. Galvani and Howard and Darlyne Bills.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer and their daughter, Eleanor Maye; his mother, Sherry G. Bills; his identical twin brother, David and his wife, Elizabeth and their children, Emily, Garrett and Charlotte Bills; grandmother, Lorraine Galvani, all of Council Bluffs; mother-in-law, Linnea Rhodes and husband, Michael, of Omaha.
Visitation with the family Monday, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Funeral services Tuesday, 11 a.m., at New Horizons Presbyterian Church. Pastor Paul Masters and Dr. Jon Sloan, officiants. Kevin will be laid to rest next to his father Gary at Ridgewood Cemetery. Family has suggested memorials to the Midland Humane Society.

I am so sorry to hear about Kevin. Although I haven't seen either of you in years, I still have awesome memories of Scott's house/Hummel Park/Monte Carlo/RATM/etc. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, man...I can't imagine how you must feel. To the Bills'
My dad and I are truley sorry about your loss. I went to school with him and was in band he was always the one to make anyone smile even though he might of been annoying sometimes. He was always helpful to anyone. My dad Walker as they called him drove the band truck and said to pass his condolences on to you all. May he rest in peace even if it may have been early in his life.
