It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kevin Eric Morris, a beloved father, brother, and friend, who left us on December 26, 2024, at the age of 57. Kevin, born and raised in New Jersey, was known for his humor, his zest for life, and his profound love for music, particularly the Grateful Dead, a passion he carried with him throughout his life.
Kevin grew up in Mt. Holly, NJ, and attended Rancocas Valley Regional High School, where he made lifelong friends and memories. He had a natural ability to light up any room with his infectious personality, always the life of the party and a source of laughter for everyone around him.
As a loving father, Kevin took immense pride in his children and stepchildren. He is survived by Shauna Costello (Mother of Children), his children Skylar Morris (Dylan Wienandt), Eric Morris, and Carly Costello, as well as his stepchildren Chenoa O'Brien, Katie O'Brien (Gene Anderson), Frank O'Brien (Savannah Schuyler), and Brandi Torres (Hector Torres). His love extended to his many grandchildren and dear friend Robin Todd, who brought him great joy.
Kevin was also a cherished brother to Lisa, Jay, and Keith, and a dear father to Timmy who passed away November of 2014. His legacy of love, laughter, and music will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any of the many Grateful Dead charities. Kevin's memory will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.
