Kimberly Ann (Norris) Keffer, age 60, a resident of Philippi., was called to her heavenly home, her mom, dad, and sister, and other loved ones who were waiting on her at heaven's gate on Saturday, June 28,2025, in Mountain Living Community in Belington with her special sister, Terri Mayle by her side. Kim has fought Cancer for several years and now we know that she has won the battle. She was born on June 13, 1965, in Philippi, a daughter to the late Kermit Wayne Norris and Sharon Elizabeth (Croston) Norris. Kim joined hands in marriage to Ritchie Keefer on June 11, 2016, who survives. Kimberly leaves behind her stepchildren, Melissa Knight Walls, and husband Norman of Summersville, WV., April Bradford, and husband Russell of Craigsville, WV., and Christopher Keffer of Summersville, WV., brothers; Kelly Norris and wife Jeanie of Philippi, Justin Norris, and companion Stephanie Dickenson of Teter Creek Community, sisters; Melissa Strahin, and husband Joey of Philippi, and Megan Pennington, and husband Justin of Philippi, her special sister; Terri Mayle of Belington, brother-in-law; Robbie Cale of Philippi, several nieces, nephews. Preceding her death besides her parents, was a sister, Stacy M. (Norris) Cale. Kimberly was a Christian by faith; she attended several churches throughout her life attended with her mother from a young age. She attended college and was employed for over 29 years with the local office of the F.B.I., in the Data Entry Department. Kim collected anything related to a frog and butterflies, she loved to read and studied the bible on a regular basis. Kim loved to travel, especially to Ohio for homecomings and funeral services of people she knew, respected, and loved with her heart which was bigger than her. She loved to go on shopping trips. Her family said she should have owned stock in the Dollar Tree, mostly everything in her house was from there. Lastly Kim loved and supported WVU sports. Family and friends may gather at the Kittle Family Funeral Home 265 Beech Ave., Philippi on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 5 pm until 8pm., and again on Tuesday July 1, 2025, from 2pm until 8pm., and on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 8am until noon the funeral hour, Pastor Anthony Mayle from the Freewill Baptist Church of Canton, OH., officiating. Kim will be laid to rest by her sister Stacy in the Norris Family Cemetery. The Kittle Family Funeral Home 265 Beech Ave., Philippi is honored to be assisting the family with the arrangements.
