I worked @ a Nursing care facility in the Activities department in Garrison , I enjoyed working on crafts , playing bingo w Larae & I recall that Larae absolutely loved the facial / spa day day, I will have the memory of Laraes’ most beautiful smile & her intelligence. Oh my she was so smart. She told stories about her husband & her family, which put a smile on so many residents faces & myself. Also during an activity w/ Wayne Douglas & his wife an activity singing country songs. Wayne Douglas said, “do we have any requests, & Larae said, “ My husband was a crop aviation Pilot”. The Musician paused & replied, “I’m going to Sing a Pilot song”, And the smile on Laraes’ face was amazing.. that’s all I can say that she was liked by all! And was voted queen one day w/ a special photo hung up on he wall. Larae will be FOREVER in our hearts, & missed dearly. She was a wonderful person.. she brought so much joy In her friends life iam so sorry for the loss of this wonderful person. May God bless this family & wrap his arms around each & everyone of them, throughout this most difficult time & continued years to come.
Rest In Peace Larae
