He is predeceased by his beloved wife Beverly Ann McCoullough-Rowe; his mother Ella-Mae Rowe; his father Charlie Rowe and several sisters and brothers.
He is survived by his daughter Kimberly Rowe; his granddaughter Monaya Cabble; his brothers Percy, Harold and Willie Rowe; his sister Charlene Rowe; and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends. He will be missed dearly by all.
The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this time.
