NORWOOD -- Funeral services for Larry G. Steinburg, 75, a resident of 28 Ridge Street, Norwood, will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 1 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood with Deacon Phil Regan presiding. Burial will be held in the Calvary Cemetery, Norwood following the services. Family and friends may call at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Larry passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at his home. Larry is survived by his brother, Terry "Tugger" Steinburg, Norwood.
Born in Potsdam, NY on May 19, 1950 to the late Clayton and Margaret Matthews Steinburg, Larry graduated from Norwood-Norfolk Central School, Class of 1968. Following high school, he served in the U.S. Air Force from 1968-1972. Larry married Stephanie J. LaValley and worked as a laborer for many years at ALCOA in Massena. Stephanie passed away just over a year ago on April 14, 2024. In his spare time, Larry enjoyed socializing with his family and friends and was an avid sports fan.
