Laura lived a private, quiet, and peaceful life in Ashtabula. She cherished the simple pleasures-preparing meals for family, sharing laughter with friends, and offering kindness and care to those around her. Above all, Laura found her greatest joy and fulfillment in her role as a devoted mother and grandmother. Her enduring love for her family was the center of her life and remains a lasting legacy.
Laura leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Oneisha Thomas; her grandson, Ja'Bari Jackson of Ashtabula; her mother, Rose Mary Leviege of Andover; sisters Barbara (Murphy) West, Joyce (Willie) Taylor of Ashtabula, and Diettra (George) Jeskey of Beaver Falls, PA; brothers Gilbert Leviege of Andover and Caleb (Sarah) Leviege of Gambrills, MD; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Gaston S. Leviege; daughter Keyonna S. Thomas and brothers, Richard Leviege and Julian P. Leviege.
Visitation and funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 22,2025 from 5 to 7 Pm. at Guerriero Funeral Home, 1550 West 19th Street, Ashtabula, Ohio. Service will begin at 7 P.M.
