Our baby girl Legacy (Lovie) Love Black, born on May 22, 2025 at Hillcrest Women's Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her twin brother Leo Dunaway Black. Legacy Love lived 14 days at Hillcrest NICU in Tulsa, Oklahoma, during her brief visit here on Earth. Legacy Love enjoyed her mother's touch and her voice. But after struggling with being a premature baby, Legacy Love passed away gently into the arms of Jesus on June 5, 2025. Legacy Love was preceded in death by her Great-Grandmother Donna Sue Black; her Great Uncle Robert Steven Black, Jr. and her Great-Aunt Charolette I. Pickett. Legacy Love is survived by her mother, Kristin M. Black of Jay, OK; her brothers, Liam Harlen, Ledgen Micheal Tanner, and her twin brother, Leo Dunaway Black of Jay, OK; Grandparents, Coy and Misty Black of Jay, OK, Grandma, Virginia (Pickett) Lawson of Jay, OK; Uncle and Aunts, Kyle and Katie Foster of Jay, OK, John and Kirstie Lawson of Eucha, OK; her Great-Grandparents, Luther and Mona Pickett of Jay, OK; Many great aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Legacy Love's Celebration of Life Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 11:00am, June 16, 2025 at Maysville Cemetery in Maysville, AR with Pastor Coy Black officiating. Legacy Love's burial will be at Maysville Cemetery in Maysville, AR. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Abundant Hope, 124 S. Cherokee St., Grove, OK 74344. Arrangements are entrusted to Lawson's Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 311 W. Gray St., Jay, OK with Shaunda J. Lawson, 3rd Generation Owner/Funeral Director and Staff.
