Leonidas (Leo) Dadoly, beloved husband, father, Papou, passed away peacefully at home on July 4th 2025, surrounded by his beautiful gardens, and hydrangeas in full bloom. Leonidas was born in Dracut, Massachusetts on November 30th, 1938 to Konstantine and Efthymia (Phousias) Dadolys.
Leo is survived by his wife of eleven years, Gayle (Razvi) Dadoly, his son Kevin Dadoly of Amherst and his wife Janis, his daughter Beth Kane of Nashua and her husband Daniel, and his daughter Keri Siciliano of Amherst and her husband Thomas, his grandchildren, and their spouses; Taylor Dadoly, Travis and Elizabeth Dadoly, Anthony and Kristin Kane, Olivia Kane, Victoria Kane, Thomas and Emily Siciliano, and Jacqueline Siciliano. He was blessed with six great grandchildren; Declan and Cillian Kane, Leonidas, Quin, and Beau Siciliano, and Sophia Georgiadis. He is also survived by his step children; Asim Razvi of Bedford and his wife Renee, Arif Razvi of New York, and Shaan Razvi of Nashua. As well as their children; Alexandria and her husband Dimitri Georgiadis, Shaina, Kaden, Kai, and Ashton. Leo is survived by two brothers, Nicholas Dadoly and James (Demetrios) Dadoly.
Leo was predeceased by his wife Maura (Donlan) with whom he shared forty-eight years of marriage. He is also predeceased by many beloved siblings and in-laws.
Leo will likely be best remembered as the owner of Ponemah Farms along with his late wife Maura. “Mr. and Mrs. D” as they were affectionately known, worked side by side at Ponemah Farms for nearly thirty years serving the greater Amherst community. Prior to embarking on his own business journey, Leo, was a manager at Demoulas Market Basket for many years.
Leo had many passions, his family, antique cars, and all things garden and nature related. Over the years he collected and restored five antique cars, for which he won multiple awards. He will be remembered fondly by family, friends, former customers, and car enthusiasts. Thank you, Leo, for making our lives feel like a garden in full bloom.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the University of Massachusetts Lowell in memory of Leonidas Dadoly in support of the Thyme Scholarship Fund. Donations can be made online at http://www.uml.edu/givenow.
A graveside service will be held at Green Lawn Cemetery, Mont Vernon, NH 03057 on Wednesday, July 23rd at 10:30 A.M. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
