Mr. Leroy "Roy" Arreguin was born on October 5th, 1944, to the late Manuel Arreguin and Mary Hernandez in Santa Ana, California. Raised in Santa Ana, he was a talented young musician who played the saxophone for several bands throughout Southern California.
After graduating from Santa Ana High School, Roy enlisted in the United States Air Force. Following his service, he lived in various cities across Northern California and Georgia, working for the Federal Government.
Over the years, Roy fell in love with remodeling, yard work, refereeing various sports, and camping.
His true passion in life was his family.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce; his daughter, Anita; and his sons, Michael, Steven, Dereck, and Gregory. He was a loving grandfather to four grandchildren: Tyler, Bethany, Eli, and Noah, and a great-grandfather to Zane, Brynn, Douing, and Rowan.
Roy is also survived by many extended family members including cousins, nieces and nephews as well as his brothers Freddy and Manuel and his sister Rosie.
