Linda Marsalis Albritton, 83, lifelong resident of Liberty, Mississippi, went to be with the Lord Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, MS.
She was born September 26, 1941 to Louis and Claudia Marsalis of Liberty.
Linda owned and operated a day care center for over thirty years and a Curves for women exercise shop. She and her husband, Paul, also had a lawn care company. Her last endeavor was a Personal Care Provider for her special needs grandson, Matthew.
She was a devoted member of Enterprise Baptist Church and the number one fan of the Gully Jumpers musical group. Whenever possible she was front and center at each of their concerts.
Linda enjoyed perusing cookbooks and trying new recipes.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert Louis Marsalis, and her son John Louis Toney.
She is survived by her husband Paul Albritton, son Murry Quinn Toney Jr. (Penny), grandsons Nathan Toney (Kelly) and Matthew Toney; great grandchildren Kailey, Alexis, Aaron, Cale, Adalyn and Aceyn; niece Joyce Jones; and nephews Mike, Keith, and Scott Darby. She will be missed by many friends.
Visitation will be Monday, July 14, 2025 at Brown Funeral Home in Liberty, MS. from 10:00 A.M. until services at 2:00 P.M. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be The Gully Jumpers, "Fish" Van Norman, Sidney Cruise, Murray Reynolds, James Toler, Ernest Herndon, and Barney Albritton.
