In Loving Memory Linda Marie Coker February 21, 1960 – August 9, 2025

Known for her gentle spirit and kind heart, Linda passed away peacefully in Dover, Delaware. Born in Dover and raised in Smyrna, she lived a life filled with love, friendship, and quiet grace.

A proud graduate of Smyrna High School, Linda built lasting friendships and a strong foundation for her future. She worked for many years at Schaefer Lincoln Mercury and later at Willis Ford, where her warm smile and dedication touched everyone she met.

At home, Linda created a space of comfort and joy. Her greatest happiness came from being Mimi to her granddaughters, Ariella and Elliana Francica. She cherished every moment with them-bedtime stories, playful games, and quiet snuggles. Her love for them was deep and unconditional, and the memories they shared will forever be a source of strength and warmth.

Linda is survived by her children, Brandon Coker and Katy Francica, and her sisters, Susan Wooleyhand and Norma Rochester. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Coker, her parents, Hazel and Wendell Rochester, and siblings Janice Doolittle, Gilbert Rochester, and Nancy Vodvarka.

A Message from Ariella and Elliana Mimi, thank you for every snuggle, every laugh, and every moment you made us feel like the most special girls in the world. We will love you forever, and carry your hugs in our hearts every day.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 5 to 6 PM in the Faries Funeral Chapel, located at 29 S. Main Street in Smyrna. Memorial services will begin at 6 PM. Burial will be privately held.
