Linda Jean Dahmer April 16, 1954 – September 24, 2025
Linda Jean (Taylor) Dahmer, age 71, of Newburgh, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Heart-to-Heart Hospice House in Evansville.
Born in Evansville on April 16, 1954, Linda was the beloved daughter of Samuel F. Taylor and Norma Jean (Galey) Taylor. She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel, Sister Martha, and her daughter, Mandy and great granddaughter Yvonne.
Linda is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Norman Eugene Dahmer; her loving mother, Norma Jean Taylor; her children, Samuel, Brandy, and Kayla; and her cherished grandchildren: Alexis, Jordan, Ethan, Taylor, Jon, Christian, Grace, Lily, Blake, and Ari. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, as well as her in-laws William and Anna Dahmer.
The showing will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025, following Mass at Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11:00. Located at 1301 South Green River Road, Evansville, Indiana 47715. Reverend Father Bernard Etienne will be officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Newburgh.
Additional visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Titzer Family Funeral Homes – Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings Street, Newburgh, Indiana 47630. A Vigil service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
