Linda Price Obituary

Mrs. Linda Sue Haley Price, age 85, of Ambrose, Georgia, passed away Wednesday morning, July 30, 2025, at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Georgia following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Price was born March 12, 1940 in Manchester, Tennessee, to the late Mildred Haley. She was a seamstress at Federal Corset in Douglas, Georgia for many years. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband, John Frank Price, and selling clothes at flea markets. She also found great joy in raising goats and working in her yard. Mrs. Price is survived by her son, Evans Mack Cooper and wife, Annette, of Ambrose, Georgia; 3 daughters: Anna Alvarez and husband, Raymond, of Columbia, Tennessee, Susan Powell of Fulton, Kentucky, and Louise Williams and husband, Darrell, of Lynchburg, Tennessee; 4 grandchildren: Terry Quinn, Chris Cooper, Sue Ellen Roberts, Jessica Lamb; 9 great grandchildren; and a number of extended family members and friends.
