Louis John Javorsky, 92 of Lodi, Ohio, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025, following a brief illness. He was born July 27, 1932 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Louis and Barbara (Tramba) Javorsky.

Louis served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He retired as a heavy equipment mechanic and later continued to work for Williams Trenching for 5 years. He was a charter member of the Medina County Antique Power Association and a long-time member of the National Maytag Collectors Club. He also enjoyed tinkering in his garage and was especially proud of his restored Maytag Toy Racer Car, his 1978 Ford F350 pickup truck and the antique tractors and engines that he had collected for over 50 years. Above all else, he was most proud of his family.

He is survived by his loving children; daughter, Cynthia (John) Caesar; sons, Ronald (Donna) and Andrew (Kathy) Javorsky; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, Donald (Judy) Javorsky; sister, Mary Ellen (Bob) Reidel; and brothers-in law, Charlie and David Caperton.

He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife of 58 years, Shirley Ann (Caperton) Javorsky in 2013; sister, Leonarda Ropar; and his grandson, Douglas Weber.

Burial will be private at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Medina County Antique Power Association c/o Patrick Feron, 6604 Kennard Road, Medina, OH 44256.
