Lucille Faust, a devoted mother, beloved sister and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025, in Daytona Beach, Florida. She was 81 years old.
Born June 29, 1944, in Blackville, South Carolina. Lucille's life was marked by resilience, compassion, and a deep commitment to family. She was raised in South Carolina where she made lifelong memories and formed lasting bonds that made her the open-hearted and kind person, we all knew and loved. She also spent many years in the Atlanta Georgia area with family and friends adding to a life that was filled with love, strength and generosity. In her later years she moved to Daytona Beach, Florida, where she found joy in being part of a senior community creating more close friendships and lasting memories.
She now reunites with her mother, Alice Ford Minus and father Alonzo Minus, whose memory she carried with her always.
She leaves behind six beloved children, Timothy Faust, Lorenzo Faust, David Faust Jr., Orrie (Marcus) Glover, Barry (Erica) Faust, Thelma (Karwin) Potter. Lucille is also survived by her loving brother, Tony Ford. In addition to many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family who forever will remember her kindness and unwavering love.
Her legacy of love, faith and family will live in our hearts forever.
