A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Michaelson Funeral Home in West Concord. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Trinity Lutheran Church in West Concord with a visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Maddox will be laid to rest at Concord Cemetery.
