Margo has been a Registered Nurse for 38 years having been employed as a case manager for St. Peter's Hospital, Seton Health, Brookdale Senior Living, Ellis Hospital, Home of the Good Shepard and most recently at Albany Medical Center.
She had taught church school at All Saints on the Hudson Parish. She enjoyed spending time with her family, being a nurse, cooking, crafts and swimming.
Survivors include her loving husband Thomas Perras, her devoted children Nadine M. Schworm of Melrose, Zachary Perras (Rebecca Rush) of Cohoes and Noah Perras (Jadalea) of Bennington, VT. She is the sister of Darlene Walsh (Brian Wood) of Lake Villa IL and the proud grandmother of Wyatt Perras, Caleb Maloney and soon to be born Brynnleigh Mae Perras. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 9:15 from the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St., (Rte. 32), Waterford and at 10 am at Transfiguration Church Speigletown.
Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-7 pm.

My condolences to Margo´s family and friends. We were colleagues "back in the day". I looked up to Margo as a young nurse and when I think of her, I will always think of her laugh. We had some good times. Your shift is over, my friend.
