Maria G. Herrera, 94, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2025, in Lewisville, TX. A loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she brought joy to our lives with her delicious cooking, her love of flowers and plants, and the stories we all cherished. She loved each of us as deeply as we loved her.
Maria was preceded in death by her beloved son Dionisio Herrera and daughter Mirella Herrera.
She is survived by her daughters - Maria Cristina Herrera, Maria D. Hernandez, Gladys Margoth Herrera, Dina Estela de Mejia, and Maribel Ortiz - along with 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren who carry her love in their hearts.
She will be missed dearly and remembered always.
