Lunenburg-Marion J. (McFeters) Haueisen, 89, of Lunenburg, passed away on Saturday afternoon, June 28, 2025 in her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Marion was born in Lunenburg on May 9, 1936, a daughter of the late Harry and Yvonne (Gagne) McFeters, and was a lifelong resident of Lunenburg. She was a graduate of Lunenburg High School and through the years had been employed at the ESP Lock Company in Fitchburg, the George S. Carrington Company and Leominster in Carol's Dairy Bar in Fitchburg.
She enjoyed camping and knitting.
Marion's husband, Carl G. Haueisen, passed away in 2016. She leaves her four children, Betty MacDonald and her husband David of Lunenburg, James Haueisen and his wife, Laila of Fitchburg, Randy Haueisen and his wife Debbie Leominster, Heidi Ploskonka and her husband, David of New Hampshire; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
Marion was predeceased by her sister, Helen Morris of Lunenburg.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7 at 11:30 AM in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Mt. Elam Rd. in Fitchburg.
The Anderson Funeral Home, 316 Clarendon St., Fitchburg is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Health Alliance Home Health and Hospice, 60 Hospital Rd., Leominster, MA 01453.
