Martha Aldaco Martinez, age 53, passed away after a long illness on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at Circle of Life in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, on March 26, 1972, to Raul Aldaco Araujo and Gloria Martinez Barroso. Martha was a hardworking wife and a much-loved grandmother to her grandchildren. She thoroughly enjoyed cooking and spending time with her entire family. She loved to dance and was often the life of the party. Martha cherished her friendships, which spanned all aspects of her life, and each one was special to her. From phone conversations to family outings, sharing casual and formal meals, entertaining guests, to parties, adventures near and far, and even helping out in times of sadness and difficulty, Martha was always willing to do anything. She was the friend who would feed you before herself. Martha understood that friendships, like gardens, required effort, and she was willing to put in the work to reap the rewards. We will always remember her for her smile, which she maintained despite all her suffering, always smiling at life.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Martinez Barroso, and one sister, Manuela Aldaco Martinez.

Martha is survived by her loving husband, Manuel Perez Aldaco; her father, Raul Aldaco Araujo; four children, Fernando Perez Aldaco of Springdale, Juan and his wife Jhona Perez Aldaco of Springdale, Alondra Perez Aldaco of Springdale, and Geovanni Perez Aldaco of Springdale. She is also survived by three brothers, Francisco Aldaco Martinez and his wife Angeles Garcia of Springdale, Jose Guadalupe and wife Maria Bravo of Springdale, Vicente Aldaco Martinez and wife Rosario Gallardo of Springdale; two sisters, Mirna Aldaco and her husband Juan Nava of Springdale, and Maria Silviana Aldaco Martinez of Springdale; five grandchildren, Jayden Perez, Santiago Perez, Eden Quezada, Azael Diaz, and Ehlani Diaz; and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., with the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 2582 Victoria St., Springdale, Arkansas 72764.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Springdale, Arkansas, with burial to follow at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale, Arkansas.

To Those I Love And Those Who Love Me

When I am gone, release me, let me go.

I have so many things to see and do. You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears. Be happy that we had so many years. I gave you my love, you can only guess How much you gave to me in happiness.

I thank you for the love you have shown. But now it's time I travelled alone. So grieve a while for me, if grieve you must. Then let your grief be comforted by trust. It's only for a while that we must part, So bless the memories within your heart. I won't be far away. For life goes on.

So if you need me call and I will come. Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be there. And if you listen with your heart you'll hear, All of my love around you soft and clear. And then when you must come this way alone, I'll greet you with a smile and welcome you home.

A Los Que Amo Y A Los Que Me Aman

No estaré lejos.
