Martin Maldonado Velazquez, 60 years old, passed away on July 7, 2025. Martin was born on December 18, 1964 in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico.
His visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 3:00 - 7:00 pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
