Frances, age 70, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 19, 2026. She passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by love, and was joyfully reunited with her husband in Heaven. Born on January 20, 1956, she lived a life marked by kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. A resident of Walker, Louisiana, Frances was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be remembered as a warm and joyous spirit who loved everyone she cared for with all her heart.

She is survived by her three children, Tiffany (Toot) Sibley of Walker, Tisha (Chad) Theunissen of LeBlanc, and Donna Jo (Kody Mills) Kelly of Walker; grandchildren, Elisa Richard, Abbie Sibley, Ethan Theunissen, Blaith Mills, Anna Mills, and Cooper Mills; great-grandchildren, Aurora Sibley, Axel Richard, and Jolie Richard; siblings, Bob, Bert, Lynn, Carolyn, Kathy, Mammie, Pat, Cecil, and Danny; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Donald Kelly; her father, Jake Street; her mother, Lillian Buhler Street; her sister, Allie; her brother, Jessie Lee; her dear niece, Missy; and her best friend, Jo Ann Sutton.

The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and doctors of Ochsner Medical Center and Pinnacle Hospice for their compassionate care. They also wish to thank Rev. Max and the members of Emmanuel Baptist Church for their prayers, love, and continued support during this time.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service at Emmanuel Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Denham Springs on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
