Mary Ann Strine, 85 of Jeromesville passed away Monday July 14, 2025 at UH Samaritan Medical

Center. She was born November 17, 1939 in Richland Co. the daughter of Paul and Faye Hunter Stake.

She was a 1957 graduate of Jeromesville High School and worked as a school cook for over 34 years.

Mary was a member of the Ashland Dickey Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by her four sons, Rusty (Connie) Rush of Lima, Brad (Bobbi) Rush of West Salem,

Brett (Barbie) Strine of Crestline and Tom (Mindy) Strine of Jeromesville, 14 grandchildren, 2 great

grandchildren and a sister Beth Wood of Ashland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Jerry Strine, a brother, Jim Stake and a sister,

Joyce Lewis.

Services will be 12:00 PM Friday July 18, 2025 at the Ashland Dickey Church of the Brethren with

Pastors Tom Zuercher and Andrew Cuffman officiating. Burial will follow in the Dickey Cemetery.

Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service on Friday at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jeromesville Fire Department P. O. Box 102 Jeromesville,

OH 44840.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
