Mrs. Williams, a homemaker, was born March 27, 1931 in San Antonio to Elbert Jackson and Cleo (Dooley) Camp. She married Richard Earl Williams and he preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Cameron. Her sons, Richard "Rickey" Williams, Jr. and Thomas Williams also preceded her in death. She is survived by:

Sister Jody Berry of Austin
3 grandchildren Thomas Evans and wife Jenna, Elizabeth Williams and Victoria Williams
