Cherishing her memory will be her spouse: Lawrence Jack of Ville Platte, LA; two daughters: Faye Jack and Pam Jack both of Houston, TX; two sons: Kevin Jack of Ville Platte, LA and Laundry Jack of Lake Charles, LA, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
