A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 5-7:00 p.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake is in charge of the arrangements.
Melissa Elliott was born September 29, 1971 to Richard and Myrtle Brownmiller. She was united in marriage to Thomas E. Elliott.
Melissa loved spending time with her family and babysitting children. She enjoyed being a helping hand to others and being someone that everyone could talk to. Melissa will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Melissa is survived by her husband: Thomas E. Elliott of Alta, Iowa; children: Doug Elliott; Kyle Elliott; Tamra Bradbury; Emilie Butler; grandson: Rykker Brownmiller; brother: Richard Brownmiller; sisters: Peggy (Jeff) Nelson; Paula Brownmiller; multiple nieces and nephews.
Melissa was preceded in death by her parents, Richard W. and Myrtle E. Brownmiller, and sisters, Ronda Brownmiller and Pamela Brownmiller.
