He is survived by his spouse for more than 25 years, Lisa Kelley. Daughters McKennzi, McKennah (Scott McAdams) Dugger & Jaden Dugger. Stepson Jeremy (Malesha) Kelley. granddaughter Brystle Kelley, a grandson, Dalton Megginson. Along with his bonus daughter, Hope (Braden) Shilling bonus grandchildren, Penelope & Kennedy Moore and Lee Shilling; sisters, Tracy (Billy) Wiser & Marsha (Mark) Ruebling; brothers, Terry Clark & Larry (Sherry) Clark. Along with several nieces & nephews. And his best friend for over 60 years, Harold Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents & brother Billy Dugger. Along with close friends, Randy Null, Larry Stouffe, Brian McNeely & Jerry Emery.
He was a carpenter and worked at Trusslater in Virden for over 20 years. He loved playing pool on Tuesdays with his buddies, fishing & hunting. He loved Budweiser & the Washington Redskins. Most of all, he loved his grandkids more than anything.
The family will host a Celebration of Mikey's Life from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday (June 29, 2025) at the Palmyra Municipal Building in Palmyra, Il. In leiu of flowers memorials may be made to McKennzi Dugger and sent to Stults-Neece Chapel, 349 E. Tanner, Waverly, Il. 62692. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.airsman-hires.com.
