Michelle "Shelly" Ellsworth, 62 of Charlestown, RI passed away Monday June 30,2025. She was the beloved daughter of the late Richard and Carolyn (Redmond) Ellsworth of South Kingstown.
Michelle is survived by her son Richard Hashemi-Haeri. Her sisters Geraldine Tetreault (Paul), Kimberly Ellsworth, Tammy Northup (Louis), Andrea Holland (Jason). She is pre-deceased by her son Steven Hashemi-Haeri and her long-time companion Andre (Andy) Boisvert. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and cousins..
Michelle was a 1981 graduate of South Kingstown High School. She was currently employed by Perspectives Corporation (Services for Children, Youth & Adults with Disabilities in Rhode Island) of East Greenwich. Michelle would often volunteer at different events with the West Kingston Fire Department.
Michelle was a loving mother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed by those who were blessed to know and love her.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 4pm-6pm in Avery Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St. Wakefield, RI. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at New Fernwood Cemetery in Kingston, RI.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Johnny Cake Center of Wakefield, 22 Kersey Road, Wakefield, RI 02879.
