Minnie Florence Obituary

Minnie "Frankie" Frances Livingood Florence, 92, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at her home in Cynthiana. She was born in Nicholas County, KY, to the late Cecil and Anna Cox Livingood. Besides her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Florence; four brothers, Fred Livingood, James Livingood, Paul Livingood, Howard Livingood; two sisters, Dorothy Florence, Baby Louise.

Frankie is survived by her daughter, Roxanne (Charlie) Wagoner; grandchildren, Jason Wagoner, Jamie Wagoner, Amanda Wagoner, Brent Wagoner, Whitney Frederick; great grandchildren, Tanner Edwards, Will Wagoner, Easton Wagoner, TJ Baker, Liam Wagoner; honorary grandchildren, Woody, Jamie, Pavel, Danny, Jordan, Scotty; and numerous nieces and nephews. Frankie's passion was her farm and her cattle, and she also enjoyed gardening and canning. She loved her family and they will miss her dearly.

A funeral service for Frankie will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Ware Funeral Home with visitation the evening prior on Monday, January 5, 2026, also at Ware Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Active pallbearers for the Florence family will be Charlie Wagoner, Jason Wagoner, Brent Wagoner, Tanner Edwards, Jordan Conley, Danny Askin, Pavel Castillo and Scotty Ballinger.
