Mitchell Lynn Dunn, of Bay Minette, AL went to be with the lord on June 28, 2025, at the age of 51. He was born in Mobile, AL on July 3, 1973, to Charles Dunn and Mary Thomas.

Mitchell was a true outdoorsman at heart, finding immense joy and peace in nature. Whether he was casting a line, hunting or simply enjoying the serenity of the natural world, he was always most at home under an open sky. His deep love for animals was evident to all who knew him, a reflection of his gentle and kind spirit.

Beyond his passion for the outdoors, Mitchell was a beloved uncle and confidant to his nieces and nephews. He had a unique ability to connect with them, always lending a listening ear and unwavering support. His presence in their lives will be deeply missed, and the memories of his kindness and warmth will be cherished forever.

Mitchell's gentle nature, his love for the outdoors, and his unwavering dedication to his family will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness.

Mitchell was preceded in death by his father, Charles Dunn; Sisters, Tisha Tyree and Michelle Bray; and nephew, Ernest Brown.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Lisa Dunn; daughter, Amelia Dunn; son, Ryan McIlwain; mother, Mary Dunn and a host of brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday July 8, 2025, at Valhalla Memorial Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. followed by a chapel service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Valhalla Memorial Gardens.
