She was born March 5, 1955 in St. Petersburg, FL to the late Buford Clyde Johnson and Dorcus Augustas Power Johnson.
She lived a simple life and dedicated her time to the care of her home. She liked to watch television and was especially excited to watch professional wrestling. She loved chocolate ice cream and began every day with a hot pot of coffee.
Survivors include: five children: Stevie Cain, Laurie Noles (Steven), Buck Anderson, Eddie Anderson, and Beth Barding (Andy) all of LaGrange; seven grandchildren; one sister, Ellie Mae Thacker (Royce) of Anniston; and a number of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lee Wentz, and a son, Danny Cain.
No services are planned at this time.
